You’ll need either a completed Certificate III in Animal Care or relevant industry experience working in an animal care environment. This ensures you already have foundational skills before stepping into a leadership-level qualification.
The program is delivered through flexible online study (approx. 15–20 hours per week) combined with practical industry experience that you can complete through Hanrob or with another approved animal care organisation.

You can complete your industry experience through Hanrob Pet Hotels network of facilities, or arrange placement with another approved organisation in your region. The team will support you through the process to ensure the placement meets all course requirements.
